We can keep the existing culvert @ 15" Dia. and the trees on the other side of the trail, but we need to reinforce the bank of the river at the existing rip rap approximately 30'x15' to tie into the existing rip rap, and remove the existing large pieces of discarded concrete. I think it would be good if we could get a little fill in the existing where the United way storm drain ties into the swale, in order to get rid of the ponding and keep the water from permeating the landfill which was the request of the State Health Department and Retec. - Mike if that doesn't work with the drainage we should leave it as an existing condition.
