This is a commercial project known as the Eastbrook Office Park - Project Development Plan. The request is for a total of 48,000 square feet of office space in four buildings (ranging from 11,555 to 12,525 square feet per building). The buildings will be a combination of one story and two stories in height. There will be 135 parking spaces provided on -site for the office space. This proposed project is located at the southwest corner of Eastbrook Drive and Vermont Drive. Proposed access to the development site is from two points on Eastbrook Drive. The property is zoned E, Employment. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
