Prospect Repay Shelby -- Sorry this took so long, but the project improvement files were archived in the dreaded paper vault. My staff finally located the relevant documents. The improvements on the North side of Prospect were constructed with a Capital Project, Prospect from Shields to Heatheridge Drive in the summer of 1985. Repayment agreements have a maximum duration of 20 years, which is the design life of the street and specified by Code. The repaymant is therefore expired for this property.
