Sorry this took so long, but the project improvement files were archived in the dreaded paper vault. My
staff finally located the relevant documents. The improvements on the North side of Prospect were
constructed with a Capital Project, Prospect from Shields to Heatheridge Drive in the summer of 1985.
Repayment agreements have a maximum duration of 20 years, which is the design life of the street and
specified by Code. The repaymant is therefore expired for this property.

I've been getting calls/visits from the applicants from the Front Porch Property project at 1234 W. Prospect
and we NEED to know how much their repayment will be. Please respond to me and Pam Foster,
ofoster(Wrontporch Property. com as soon as you have a figure.
