Please accept this letter as documentation that Grace Conlon and Michael Conlon have
considered a request to grant Front Porch Property Services, located at 1234 W
Prospect, permission to construct an asphalt driveway (approximately 10'-10* x 37) on
our property 1304 West Prospect. The driveway will match grades with the Front Porch
drive and will align with the current curb cut on Prospect. We agree to grant permisslon
to install the driveway as indicted on their Project Development Plan.
