Welcome Home October 7, 2005 City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department PO Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Conceptual Review Front Porch Property Services is a small licensed Colorado corporation operating as a property management company with three broker/owners, Don Earls, Pam Foster and Rhonda Burry and 2.5 employees. Front Porch Property Services has been in business for 4 years. We are in the process of purchasing the property located at 1234 W Prospect. It is our intent to use this property as an office for our business. Our business is similar to the Brandt Company, which is located approximately 1 block west of 1234 W Prospect. Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. There would be minimal traffic to the property; some of our customers like to drop their rent off in person. Our plans at this time are to move into the building after some maintenance work has been performed. We are unsure of future plans at this time but may want to add a front porch and possibly install some outbuildings for storage.
