The Landings Architectural Review Committee has reviewed the request for a 6 foot side yard
setback on the Cloyd house addition at 512 Sand Dollar Court and has waived the requirement of a
foot 6 Inch set back. The 6 foot setback has received final arol l
7 ppvaasong as there Is no other
legal restriction on the lot.
