Request for PUD Administrative change on setbacks
Lot 17 Paragon Point
Dear Review Board:
We would like to request an administrative change on the rear and
side setbacks on the corner lot 17, in Paragon Point. With the
views to the southwest, we wanted to orient the home towards the
corner. The lot is nearly rectangular, being 100' on the east side
and 112' on the north side. The city determination for "front"
would be the narrow side (east -west sides) and the side would be
the wider dimension (north -south sides). With the utility easement
of 10' on the north side of the lot, we tried to leave the larger
set back dimension on that side and make it the larger - rear yard.
We did manage to meet the front and side set backs, but the "rear"
being opposite the "front" leaves the depth (width in actuality) of
the house limited - especially with 40' of set backs on our "side
yards". I think I have sufficiently clouded the description with
this paragraph and leave the explanation to the plan.
