In the last round of comments, the project team was asked to revisit the required turning radii for fire apparatus in Lot 3. > CARGILL SUBDIVISION, File name 2013068SUB; Sheet 2 of 2 (also dated 10/30/13) the latest submitted plans: This page has now been updated to omit the EAE's in Lot 3. Please advise. Fire access roads are to be within 150' of all portions of any building. At this time, there is no EAE which fully covers the two most northern greenhouses and as such, places them out of fire access. Please contact me should you need to discuss this further. The pressure head alone from that much water will render straw ineffective at preventing dirt discharges. Sediment trap was the correct direction but it will need to be effective please include a detail. 2) Escrow calculations call out for the matting for the steep slopes, please include them on the plan and the sequence chart. If you need clarification concerning this section, or if there are any questions please contact Jesse Schlam 970-218-2932 or email @ jschlam@fcgov.com 11/05/2013: Erosion Control Calculation needs corrections based on the email sent on 11-5-2013.
