Response to staff Project Review comments
Dear Mr. Olt,
We have reviewed the staff letter dated May 15, 2006 and have the following
comments:
ITEM: A total of 56,000 square feet of office uses in 3 separate buildings on 3.6
acres at Eastbrook Drive and Vermont Drive
COMMENTS:
61. The 24' drive is proposed to be the fire lane, but is within a much larger utility,
drainage, access and emergency access easement.
17. Evergreen trees have been added along the west side. Native shrubs and trees
add adequate screening.
63. Noted.
64. Noted.
13. Noted.
45.The proposed easement completely surrounds the property
46.The proposed easement will be dedicated during FCP.
57. All details requested have been added (except for 702 which is not needed).
56. Ratios have been added (with leaders).
