Additional Right -of -Way
A portion of Lot 1, K-D Park Subdivision as recorded in Book 1388 at Page 132 in the Records of
the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder, being part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section
Thirty-five (35), Township Eight North (T.8N.), Range Sixty-nine West (R.69W.), Sixth Principal
Meridian (6`s P.M.), County of Larimer, State of Colorado and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast Comer of said Lot i and assuming the East line thereof as bearing
North 00040'30" East, a distance of 200.00 feet with all other bearings contained herein relative
thereto.
Thence along the Southerly, Westerly and Northerly lines of said Lot I by the following
Four (4) courses and distances:
THENCE North 89032'30" West, a distance of 167.74 feet to a Point of Curvature (PC);
THENCE along the arc of a curve concave to the Northeast, a distance of 23.56 feet, having a
