Hello Don, here is the status:
1. The site, landscape and architectural elevations are done and we have the mylars.
2. The Utility Plans are being routed for City signatures which should take 2 - 3 more days.
3. Engineering is waiting for Matt Baker, Street Oversizing Fund Administrator, to generate the cost
estimate for the cash -in -lieu payment for Willox Lane improvements. Perhaps a phone call to Matt Baker
at 221-6605 would be in order just to let him know of the time sensitivity of coordinating the construction of
project. He is pretty far removed from Development Review and may not be aware of any urgency on
your end.
4. Randy Maizland in Engineering (221-6605) is working on the Development Agreement. He will try to
get it completed by the end of next week.
5. The plans can be recorded when Utility Plans are signed.
6. But, the City will hold off on the Development Construction Permit (D.C.P.) until the Development
////Agreement is signed.

Ted,
I need to check on the progress of recording for 132 W. Willox Ln. The
contractors want to know when they can pull a building Permit.
Can you let me know where we are at with this, or whom I need to contact.
