Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Thursday, September 21, 2006, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council
Chambers', City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on a rezoning proposal in your neighborhood. The proposed
rezoning is commonly known as the Front Range Second Rezoning,
#20-06.
This is a rezoning request for a property that is 38.99 acres in size
located at the northwest corner of South College Avenue and Trilby Road.
There is an existing church building at the northwest corner of the
intersection and an existing farmhouse with outbuildings in the middle
of the property. The request is to rezone the property from the MMN -
Medium Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood and NC - Neighborhood
Commercial Zoning Districts to C - Commercial in the City.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived
from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental
situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please
feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors
may have the opportunity to attend.
