Number: 98 Created: 8/22/2007 [8/22/07] Please show the existing gas and sewer lines. Number: 99 Created: 8/22/2007 [8/22/07] Please show the driveway to be removed on Mathews St. The sidewalk for that stretch will also need to be removed and replaced as the cross slope does not meet standard. Please coordinate with Susan and Dana individually about their remaining comments. Once these comments are satisfied, you will be ready to reproduce your plans on mylar. You'll deliver the mylar set, with a properly executed owner certification, to me. As a heads -up, this project can be constructed with an excavation permit instead of a development construction permit. Since we've lightened the requirements for utility plans on this project, we'll also need four paper copies of the plans, which you can deliver to Susan for distribution to the appropriate staff. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at (970) 221-6206. Sincerely, Anne H. Organic growing medium is required if mix is to be grown from seed. An alternative is to use actual plants, similar to the ornamental grasses, with the mulch.
