Re: Oak Street Residences PDP — Type I Review, Extension Request for
Dear Cameron,
The Owners of the above referenced project and I respectfully request a 60 day extension for the
subject project located at 221 East Oak Street. Our submitted plans expired on January 31s`, 2007.
This request will take the time limit for submitting our Final Review Package to March 26, 2007.
We believe at this time that this extension will allow the time required for us to meet our Final
Submittal Requirements.
Circumstance beyond the control of the Owners, Eileen and Paul Turgeon, have required that they
take additional time in evaluating the direction this project will take. It is anticipated that the
information required to move forth with the project will be available soon.
Thank you for your consideration of this request.
Cordially,
Robert Su*AI,

Subject: Oak Street Residences PDP 60-day extension
Dear Bob,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day
extension to the Oak Street Residences PDP resubmittal deadline. With a 60-
day extension to the January 31 st deadline, your new resubmittal deadline will be
March 26, 2007.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding issues
associated with the project. Should you need an additional 30-day extension
beyond that provided, please make an extension request prior to the March 26th
deadline.
Should you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free
to give me a call at 970/221-6765.
