[11/1/06] Revise note as redlined on site plan (or include on utility plan) and incorporate
standard details in plan set (electronic copies are available by email).
[10/5/06] Provide separate water services (meters) for each living unit. Utilities has a detail
which allows the existing service to be split near the existing curb stop. New curb stops will
be required at the location of the split, and meter pits will be required within 2 feet of the new
curb stops.
Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.
If you have any questions regarding these issues or any other issues related to this project,
please feel free to call me at (970) 221-6206.
Sincerely,
Anne Aspen

under construction. All final grades/slopes for the ramps or sidewalks shall be coordinated
with the city engineering inspector assigned to this project prior to pouring concrete).

[10/30/06] Please increase the size of this drawing as well. Sheet 2 does not meet
scanning criteria set forth in Appendix E6 (font too small in some places, overlapped

that is what the project was submitted as.

[10/30/06] Please label all slopes. Spots are too small and too light, will not scan, hard to
read. Need to show how and where the inlet is tying into as well as all necessary details.
[10/9/06] Please provide spot elevations for all lot corners and enough spots onsite to show
how the grading/drainage is going to work. Please show how the patio area will drain and
keep in mind that you can't have a point discharge over the public sidewalk (if necessary,
you can add a sidewalk chase but will need to show that on the plans).

[10/30/06] The following departments/agencies do not have any remaining issues or
concerns with your proposal: Forestry, PFA, Technical Services.
Number: 60 Created: 10/30/2006

[10/31/06] The plans are looking quite a bit better but still need some clarification and line
work. Please see redlines. In general, avoid scanning issues (overlapping lines, hatching
or words), put all utility info on Utility Plan sheet (and landscape plan where applicable), put
all landscaping info on landscaping plans, assign line weights to pop what is most important
and fade back what is less important, and make sure that text is legible. I'd be happy to
show you some good examples if that would be helpful.
Topic: Site Plan
Number: 22 Created: 10/4/2006
[10/31/06] Existing features to be removed should not be shown on the site plan, only what
is proposed (which can include existing features that will remain).
[10/4/06] Site plan should show the building footprint (only) and the site as proposed.
Indicate with a note that the building footprint is existing and that the addition is above.
Visually distinguish any new additions at ground level
