The garage to the west is not a part of this project and is owned by the property owner to the west.
It is attached to this structure. The encroachment over the west property line is a historical matter.
The Owner of this project will submit the proper legal documentation addressing this issue prior to
the public hearing.

We believe the aesthetics on the garage doors are fine as is and are in line with the character
established for the structure. They will be painted to match the color scheme chosen for the
building.

Additional trees have been added. Site line requirements and the location of existing utilities
inhibit the ideal location of these trees, especially along Oak Street.
Berms and Boulders will not be allowed to interfere with site lines.
We disagree with the comments on gravel mulch. The gravel mulch remains.

Accessible Ramps at street corners will be replaced if damaged. They are presently in good
condition. Concrete appears relatively new. If the ramps are damaged during the construction of
this project they will be replaced to meet the City of Fort Collins Current standards.

Painted Brick has been replaced with Synthetic Stucco. Synthetic Stucco Systems are color
guaranteed for ten years and have a performance history of much longer periods. The maintenance
on this project will out perform many of the historical buildings in the area.
