The encroachment over the west property line is a historical matter. The Owner of this project will submit the proper legal documentation addressing this issue prior to the public hearing. Number: 5 The same landscaping show in the rest of the ROW along Oak Street will be applied to this area where existing drive area has been removed. This is the largest scale that will fit on a 24 x 36 print. They will be painted to match the color scheme chosen for the building. Topic: Landscape Plan Number: 19 Additional trees have been added. Site line requirements and the location of existing utilities inhibit the ideal location of these trees, especially along Oak Street. Berms and Boulders will not be allowed to interfere with site lines. We disagree with the comments on gravel mulch. The gravel mulch remains. Dear Anne, This letter will address the comments from staff received in our office on October 11, 2006 and dated 10/10/2006 on the above referenced project. This letter will follow the same format as the comments received for ease of reference. ISSUES: Department: Current Planning Topic: Architectural Plans Number: 28 The south wall finish has been changed to a synthetic stucco finish and detail has been added. Topic: General Number: 18 OK Number: 25 Comments on the redline drawings have been reflected on the revised drawings submitted. Redlined Drawings will be returned. Topic: Historic Preservation Number: 13 Painted Brick has been replaced with Synthetic Stucco. Synthetic Stucco Systems are color guaranteed for ten years and have a performance history of much longer periods.
