Our site lighting will be composed of wall or recessed ceiling mounted indirect lighting.
Wall mounted lighting exposed to the streets will have shields to prevent direct glare,
translucent covers, or be low wattage (60W or below).
Low profile lighting (within 3'-0" of the ground or floor/deck) will be used in court yards
and at patios. These lights will be below privacy walls and for the most part not visible
from the street. In addition the low profile lights will be low luminary fixtures.
Valance Lighting may be used on the outer surface of masonry privacy walls.
Since there is a street light on the corner of the project it is not anticipated that much site
lighting for the project will be required.
