[9/14/06] 1 can help coordinate this meeting.
[7/21/06) The invert of the detention pond needs to be higher than the normal operating
water level in the Larimer County Canal #2. Verification from a Larimer County Canal #2
representative of this water level is required. I suggest a meeting at the site with all
necessary representatives to determine this elevation. /otdrdss2d a,\ Ska-aA- 4, Lrenpe^

[9/8/06] Move area inlet in Frey to provide 5 feet (minimum) separation from the existing
water main. PC
Besure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit. I will not require a formal
submittal to wrap this project up but you must submit directly to me 5 sets of plans, redlines
and responses to this comment sheet for the above reviewers to review. We will need two
weeks to review. Assuming all issues have been addressed, we will let you know that you
are ready to proceed to mylars.
If you have any questions regarding these issues or any other issues related to this project,
please feel free to call me at (970) 221-6206.

[2/5107] Please refer to sheet 6, street design for Frey Street - The City has determined that
the elevations on Laporte will be slightly lower when the street is reconstructed in the near
future. A design elevation of 5047.79 was provided to you prior to the last submittal which is
the future elevation at the westerly PC on the southwest corner. You will need to design and
build to that future elevation for the drainage to work properly once Laporte is reconstructed
by the City. Please revise the plan to show this elevation and how the new curb and gutter
will tie back into the existing curb and gutter on Laporte. !e4ANep

[2/23/07] Red lines were not returned for the Feb. submittal. A drainage report was
requested last week but was not submitted to Stormwater so the Engineering copy was
reviewed. There was no mention of verification of the outfall depth and no discussion of why
the cross pan was removed allowing water off of LaPorte to drain onto Frey. This change
requires changes to the drainage analysis. I had a phone conversation with Jerry from
Stewart and Associates when we requested the drainage report. He thought Wes had made
the comment to remove the cross pan at Laporte. Wes didn't make that comment so we are
not sure how Jerry thought that. He told me that he saw a redline comment so I guess we
need to see the redlines. nQQtn Pd(4SJ, RRA

[2/13/07] Maximum height in the NCL zone is 2 stories, not 30 feet. A story is defined in the
Land Use Code as no more than 12.5 feet, so the maximum height in feet would be 25 feet._

[2/2/07] Address protection of significant existing trees where other trees will be removed.
Several trees to be removed are very close to trees to remain. Need to identify protection
measures specifically for such trees.
[1/2/07] Describe tree protection methods in areas where other trees are to be removed.
Need to ensure that removing one tree does not damage another tree.
