That made me curious, because there seems to be no shortage of names for our street and this seems to be a new one. If you are the deciding authority on what the street is called, then please make a decision and make it final, if you could. I like Frey Street, and the North is not necessary as there is no South Frey. However, all of my legal documents read N Frey Ave and it will take some doing if you make this change. It doesn't seem to be something you should do on a whim, or just for one lot. Also, while the subject is being visited, the house behind me used to be part of my lot and they named it 110 1/2. Lately they have taken to calling it 110B. To me, that is a big problem because the lot has no connection with mine. I get pizzas and mail for them all the time, sometimes in the wee hours. There is no way to fill in a form with either of those numbers properly, without it seeming that the address is my house. The pizza guy will knock on my front door, then move around to the side door, then to the back door. When you are numbering for the new development, perhaps you could do a change for my back door neighbors. I have contacted the owner and he is not opposed to the idea. 108 would be a nice number for it to be, as would 106 or 104. Thanks Eric Wilkens 110 N Frey Ave
