FREY AVENUE COTTAGES
This proposal is to redevelop the 0.94 acre property into 5-single family
detached dwellings on 5 Lots and a tract for open space, detention and a 25-
foot buffer wildlife movement corridor. The site has been rezoned from
LMN to NCL-Neighborhood Conservation -Low Density District. This is
the zoning requested by the neighborhood. The proposed plan meets the
principals for this infill project. A common driveway has been designed for
garages in the rear design.
A 25.00-foot wide wildlife corridor, landscape and detention area has been
designed next to the Larimer County Canal. Being an infill project, this is
the only corridor in this area.
A homeowners association will be created for the corridor tract and common
driveway maintenance. Each lot owner will be required to join the
homeowner association.
There are no business, commercial or industrial uses on this site.
