[7/14/06) Landscape plan and photos don't seem to provide info. as to landscaping
in the front yard. Are there parkway trees and/or trees in the front yard? There
should be. Please indicate or add such trees.

[7/14/06) The parking lot doesn't indicate if it is improved. Is it hard surfaced?
Another question is whether the parking (where parking is assigned from another
property) also needs landscaping improvement?
I have attached a revision routing sheet which indicates how many of each revised
item to resubmit for review. City staff will take two weeks to review the revisions
after they are submitted, and you will be invited back to another Wednesday morning
staff review meeting.
In addition to this comment letter, there are redlined plans from Engineering and
Planning that correspond with the comments. Please be sure to return all of the
redlined plans when you re -submit.

[7/18/06] Parking stalls should be dimensioned. The majority of spaces shown in
your lot are 8' wide and not very long. Up to 40% of your spaces may be compact
(8' by 15'), but the rest must be to standard (9' by 19').

TDRF application must be filled out with appropriate fees paid to engineering.
