This application is merely to plat the lot of an existing single family home. No
physical changes are proposed at this time. On 6/16/2006, Sheri Wamhoff stated
in an email to Troy Jones at M. Torgerson Architects, "For reviewing and
approving a plat for an existing single family home we do not need street
sections, soils report, or a traffic study."
