I also own and operate The Hearing Center, Inc. at the same location. Susie Brabson whom lives across the street to the north has been a neighbor for the past 2 years at 200 E Swallow, has also owned and operated an in home business at 200 E Swallow. There has never been a problem with parking, excessive traffic, noise or any other problems. I see no problem in the future to have her operate or lease a business at that location. I have never had a problem with that. I know when Susie moved into the residence two years ago and had her store there it was so far removed from my residence that I never had a negative experience with that. The section of the property that she used for her store is on the West side of the property and faces the side street Remington so people entering and exiting for business purposes has never bothered me. I think rezoning her property from RL to MMN would not affect my property or the neighborhood negatively. We have a lot of commercial property on the other comers of Swallow and Remington, plus the Mall and the strip mall only a block away. I don't have a problem with the rezoning of the subject property at 200 E. Swallow Rd. from RL toMMN. Betty Witmer 204 E. Swallow Rd. Ft. I understand that she is desiring to rezone her property from RL to MMN. As I understand that would mean she could lease to professional modalities in the section of the property that faces Remington. There has been a business in that location for many years. Susie bought the property several years ago made some nice improvements to the property and always keeps it clean and neat.. I have never had a negative experience with either of the businesses that have resided there. The way that particular part of her property faces, people entering and exiting for business purposes has never bothered me. I don't have a problem with the rezoning of the property at 200 E. Swallow to MMN will not affect my property or the neighborhood negatively. The section of her property that would be used for business faces the side street, Remington, where people would be entering and exiting for business purposes. A dog grooming business operated by previous owners in this location was no problem for my property or to the neighborhood that I'm aware of. I do not see a problem to rezoning the property at 200 E.
