storm pipe. The pipe should be core drilled and grouted. Note says that connection
will be made with an ADS saddle Tee, how can this be made on a concrete pipe?
[10/24/06] Please call out all proposed storm sewer sizes and types on the utility
plans.
Please provide a detail for the proposed veined grate propsed for the type 13 inlet as
well as a detail for the sidewalk chase with metal grate.
Grading plans and utility plans do not agree. Grading plans do not refelect the
proposed inlets and pipes that are tied to the existing lines. Please modify grading
plans to match utility plans.
Please label all existing easements.
Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.

meeting. You will not be required to record the site/landscape/elevations but you
will have to record the utility plans with the City. However, in order to maintain
complete records we ask that you record a copy of the site/landscape/elevations if
possible. If you intend to do this, please add the Director of Planning and Ownership
signature blocks on the site plan (I can email you these if necessary).
