The center would be for daytime use only. No overnight stays will be permitted. A future 5,000 square foot building may be proposed on Lot 2 of Block 4. The properties are located at the northwest corner of Conifer Street and Blue Spruce Drive. They are in the I - Industrial Zoning District. .................
