Dear Resident:
July 14, 2006
On Wednesday, July 26, 2006, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at The Group Office
Building, 2803 East Harmony Road, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins
Current Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood information meeting to
discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to
as The Pads at Snow Mesa, Project Development Plan (P.D.P.)
The project consists of developing the two parcels on either side of Snow Mesa
Drive, north of Harmony Road and south of the ARC Harmony Mobile Home
Park. As proposed, there would be a mix of non-residential uses including
offices, banks, retail stores and standard restaurants. Combined, these two
parcels contain about eight acres.
On the west side of Snow Mesa, there would be four buildings on 4.5 acres. On
the east side of Snow Mesa, there would be three buildings on 3.5 acres. These
buildings would be oriented towards Harmony Road behind the 80-foot wide
buffer. Between the buildings and the Harmony Mobile Home Park, there would
be parking.
A direct private drive would connect to both Harmony School Shops to the west
and the Bayer Property (`The Summit") to the east. Both Harmony School Shops
and The Summit are planned future retail shopping centers.
The meeting will take place in the large conference room on the lower level.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of the pending meeting so all neighbors have the opportunity to attend.
Sincerely:
