Dear Cameron: We are aware of the development plans for the Pads at Harmony, a development proposed for property adjacent to property owned by our affiliate, Front Range Retail Company, L.L.C. We have no objections to the project proceeding to hearing at this time; however, we have not reviewed plans for the project in detail and we reserve the right to comment on those plans in the future.
