HomeMy WebLinkAboutPADS AT HARMONY - PDP - 26-06 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGCommu. .y Planning and Environmental, __ vices Current Planning City of Fort Collins Mr. Michael Chalona Land Images, Inc. 1136 East Stuart Street, Suite 2040 Fort Collins, CO 80525 RE: Pads at Harmony P.D.P Dear Michael: October 20, 2006 On Thursday, October 19, 2006, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board took the following three actions with regard to the Pads at Harmony P.D.P., #26-06: The Board voted 4 — 0 to approve the Request for Modification to Section 4.21(E)(1) to allow a reduction in the building setback from the future edge of pavement of Harmony Road from the required 80-feet to 70-feet, subject to two conditions: A. At the time of submittal for Final Plan, all buildings shall be designed such that all four exterior walls shall exceed the requirements of Section 3.5.3(D) of the Land Use Code. B. At the time of submittal for Final. Plan, all buildings shall be designed such that any exterior wall that exceeds 100 feet in length, shall comply with Section 3.5.4(C)(1)(a)l . of the Land Use Code. 2. The Board voted 4 — 0 to approve the Request for Modification to Section 4.21(D)(2) to allow greater than 25% secondary uses in the Basic Industrial Non -retail Employment Activity Center in the Harmony Corridor zone district. 3. The Board voted 4 — 0 to approve the Pads at Harmony Project Development Plan, #26-06.
