Page 3 of 3 Comment Number: 7 Comment Originated: 12/04/2013 01/13/20014: These are the requested minor changes to the plan to resolve my comment number 7. 1. Add the above table from LUC 3.2.1 G 7 to the Landscape Plan sheet 6 of 9. The text for the note is on the proposed Landscape Plan sheet 6 of 9 but not the table. Please add the table. 2. Mark on the Landscape plan sheet 6 of 9 with an arrow pointing to the two places on the new water line where the distance from outer face of the tree is 15 from the proposed water line with the note that says- boring under root system required from this point which is 15 feet from the outer face of the tree see table. 3. Also add the tree protection notes and table with the arrows and information in number 2 above to utility plan sheet 3 of 9. 12/04/2013: The note by that references the water line by the large ponderosa pine says it will be relocated. No excavation should occur for the relocation of this line as it goes right by the tree. Please confirm that there will be no excavation and if it is more accurate consider saying the water line will be abandoned. Topic: General Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 11/15/2013 11/15/2013: Doug Martine in Light & Power Engineering received a utility plan on approximately October 4, 2013. An email was subsequently sent to Anne Marks (for Barry Schram) indicating issues that became evident. There is an existing underground power line along the south side of the adjacent lot at 631 Cowan. The planned sewer line from the alley will need to maintain a minimum lateral separation from the power line at least equal to the lesser of 10 feet, or the depth of the sewer line. The same minimum clearance also applies to the sewer and electric services crossing lot 1 to lot 2. Also, the utility plan appears to show the electric service to lot 2 crossing under the S.W. corner of the existing house. This electric service must be a minimum of 3 feet from the building. Please contact Doug Martine at (970)224-6152 with any questions.
