Project Narrative — Submittal request is to subdivide the existing lot at 637 Cowan Street
into two each single family lots, each consisting of approximately 5,500 square feet to
accommodate new single family residences to be approximately 1,800 square foot each.
The existing home is to be demolished, and this has already been approved by Historical
Department, see attached letter with submittal process. The site is zoned NCM,
Neighborhood Conservation, Medium Density.
