ROW dedication must be to the back of the parkway, not curb line, to allow for ease of street maintenance (repairing C&G) and for signage placement. This will give the developer 5 additional feet. Every little bit helps on this project. 1 think Pete will respond regarding where the building set back measurement should be taken from. Randy >>> "Deanne Frederickson" <deanne@frederickson.us> 10/26 1:04 PM >>> We are trying to keep the building as close to the edge of the cul-de-sac as possible to keep the setback/ buffer from the river as wide as possible. Per Randy Maizland, we will be dedicating the R.O.W. at the flowline of the cul-de-sac, and placing the detached walk in a transportation and landscape easement. We were hoping to place the building approx. 2-3' behind the walk. Will this work? Also, will we be required to landscape the Mulberry frontage north of the Cul-de-sac?
