Hello Eric:
Here is an update regarding the potential development known as
Riversidie Lemay Commercial Development. This project is diligently
working its way through the City of Fort Collins development review
process.
The applicants' consulting team has been meeting with various city
departments to iron out issues with regard to access, water service,
sewer service, parking and dedication for right-of-way along both
Riverside Drive and the future extension of Laurel Street. In addition,
all parties are working with the Poudre Fire Authority for both primary
and secondary access to the site.
I am anticipating that the consulting team will re -submit revised plans
in the next two weeks. This will trigger the second round of review.
At this time, it is possible that after completing the second round of
review, the project will be eligible to be scheduled for public hearing.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding this
project.
