Kennedy Parkway, Suite 12E, Fort Collins, CO 80525 STAFF: Steve Olt Recommendation Item: The Planning and Zoning Board provides a recommendation to City Council of the following item: 3. #21-07 REIN ANNEXATION AND ZONING This is a request to annex and zone a 1.52 acre parcel. The site is 1038 West Vine Drive, located approximately at the midpoint between North Shields Street and Wood Street. Contiguity with the existing municipal boundary is gained along the entire south boundary which is shared with the Capital Hill Subdivision. Contiguity is also gained along the entire west boundary which is shared with the Snyder Annexation. The Arthur Ditch forms the north boundary. The requested zoning is Limited Commercial, which is in conformance with the Northwest Subarea Plan. Discussion Agenda: Specific time for public input has been set aside for discussion on the following items: The Planning and Zoning Board is the final authority on the following items: 4. #14-07 POUDRE VALLEY HOSPITAL PARKING STRUCTURE AND MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLAN This is a request for a new parking structure and new medical office building. The new parking structure would be located at the northwest corner of South Lemay Avenue and Garfield Street and be reserved for staff use only. The new medical office building would be located at the southwest corner of South Lemay Avenue and Garfield Street. Minutes from the July 19, 2007 Planning and Zoning Board Hearing. 2. #26-01 B REDTAIL PONDS OFFICE CAMPUS, MAJOR AMENDMENT The Redtail Ponds Office Campus, Major Amendment to the approved Redtail Project Development Plan requests the elimination of 92 approved dwelling units (88 multi -family, 4 two family) in 12 buildings and replacement of them with 4 office buildings and associated parking (within the buildings and surface). Building 4 may contain a restaurant use. There will be 181 parking spaces on -site. The buildings will be 61' high and contain between 15,664 and 18,269 square feet each. This proposed development is located north of the City's Redtail Grove Natural Area, west of the intersection of South College Avenue and Cameron Drive, south of Fairway Lane and east of the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad tracks. The site is in the C — Commercial zone district.
