Good job pulling it all together. I have just one comment and it isn't a requirement, just an observation: it seems like it would make more sense to have the signs perpendicular to traffic so they're more visible. [6/5/07] As a heads -up, the right-of-way dedication for College Avenue will require a Transportation Development Review Fee of $250. In addition, recording fees will be assessed (payable to Larimer County) for the filing of the document. I can provide the standard right-of-way form for dedication electronically if desired. In lieu of a Development Construction Permit (DCP) with its associated DCP fee, the inspection fee will be assessed under an excavation permit (reduced fee).
