Dear Resident or Property Owner:
On Tuesday, December 19, 2006 from 7:00 to 9:00p.m., at the Trinity Lutheran
Church, 301 E. Stuart St., Fort Collins, Colorado, the Current Planning Department of
the City of Fort Collins will conduct a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a
development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as the Human
Bean — 1820 S. College Ave.
This is a request to construct a Human Bean drive -through coffee restaurant on the
southern portion of the property located at 1820 S. College Ave (the Vision Eyeland
parking lot). The property is within the C Commercial Zone District, in which restaurants
with drive-in facilities are permitted, subject to review and approval by the Planning and
Zoning Board.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
