321 E. Olive Loft Space Finish

Scott L. Kunze and Nina E. Kunze are owners of the residence at 321 E. Olive
Street, Fort Collins. We intend to occupy the residence (Lot 5, Block 143, FTC) as our
primary residence, beginning approximately July 15, 2007. In order to make the
residence more comfortable for our family of three (Nina, Scott, and daughter Corinne),
we are proposing to finish the existing loft space above the detached garage into an
entertainment room/bedroom & bath. The house currently has just one bathroom. This
involves bringing water from the residence to the detached space, and bringing sewer
from the existing line in the alley to the new space. We would also like to bring a gas
line from the main residence at the same time as adding the water line.
We would like to begin construction of this project as soon as possible. We are in
the process of obtaining bids for the work and will be ready to commence construction as
soon as a permit can be obtained. We expect that the work will be completed within a
few weeks once it has commenced.
As owners, we will be acting as our own general contractor for this project.
