I am now unable to attend the above meeting because of its early evening time
of 5:15 PM.
This request should not be granted as it is not in the best interest of the
neighborhood. Where this type of development has occurred on Remington, Pitkin
and Edwards Streets the properties become rentals with no one interested in
maintenance of yards or property. Next to this property on both side on Edwards
street is multiple unit properties that are rentals with maintained yards and buildings.
This addition should be required to be a multifamily type dwelling where the land
lord has an interest in attracting tenants.
