Agenda Review: If the Thursday, January 18, 2007 meeting should run past 11:00 p.m., the remaining items may be continued to Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall West. C. Consent Agenda: The Consent agenda consists of items with no known opposition or concern and is considered for approval as a group allowing the Planning and Zoning Board to spend its time and energy on the controversial items. Any member of the Board, staff, or audience may request an item be "pulled" off the Consent Agenda. Recommendation Item: The Planning and Zoning Board provides a recommendation to the City Council on the following item: #36-06 WEINER (ENCLAVE) ANNEXATION AND ZONING Request to annex and zone 7.55 acres located on the west side of Ziegler Road, south of Rock Creek Drive and north of Kechter Road. This annexation request consists of two properties (5117 Ziegler Road and 5305 Ziegler Road) that are developed as single family residences with several outbuildings. This is an involuntary (enclave) annexation. The proposed City zoning upon annexation is LMN — Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood. APPLICANT: Current Planning, c/o Steve Olt, 281 N.
