Please coordinate the response(s) to the remaining comments with Susan Joy in Engineering at 221-6605. When she gives the okay, we are ready to accept your final mylars. We will need one mylar set of the plans, signed by the owner and notarized. I will collect the Director of Planning Signature and then return the plans to you so that you can get the 3 paper copies that engineering requested. Then you will return the signed mylars and 3 paper sets to me, and I will have your plans recorded in our Technical Services department and will distribute the paper copies to the appropriate departments. Stormwater and Engineering has agreed that a site/landscape plan is sufficient and we will not require a utility plan set. However, to avoid problems pulling your building permit later, we will want to have 3 paper copies of the final signed mylars submitted for distribution. Since no utility plans will be filed, there is no other way for the certain departments to know that you have submitted any plan set whatsoever so we'll have to do it another way. No worries.
