Shadow Analysis

After reviewing the shadow analysis that was requested it seems very clear that
the height of the commercial and residential buildings should not be considered
too tall as to construct the views or shade out any adjacent neighbors. The
buildings are set back relatively far from existing property lines as not to be too
intrusive to the surrounding neighbors. The commercial building is located forty-
five feet from the property line to the east, seventy-three feet from the property
line on the north and forty-two feet from the south property line. The residential
units are set back over fifty feet from the north property line and thirty-eight feet
from the south. It was the client's intention to be very sensitive to the
surrounding neighborhood and to make the buildings as non -intrusive as
possible. The provided shadow analysis demonstrates this point very clearly and
we feel that neighbor's views and overall well-being will not be jeopardized.
