The six Modifications are approved subject to the review and approval of all affected utilities at the time of review of the Project Development Plan. 2. At the time of submittal for P.D.P., the architectural elevations for the west elevation shall demonstrate compliance with Section 3.5.2(G) — Building Height Review and Section 3.5.1(H) — Land Use Transition.
