RE: 220 East Olive Street — Modification of Standards
Dear Sandy and Jeff:
On Thursday, October 18, 2007, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 5 — 0 to approve 220 East Olive
Street — Request for Modification of Standards, #27-07, subject to the following
two conditions:
1. The six Modifications are approved subject to the review and
approval of all affected utilities at the time of review of the Project
Development Plan.
2. At the time of submittal for P.D.P., the architectural elevations for
the west elevation shall demonstrate compliance with Section
3.5.2(G) — Building Height Review and Section 3.5.1(H) — Land Use
Transition.
