Subject: 3425 S. Shieldsmixed-UseProject Development -Type 1 (#28-07)
As members of Casa Grande Condo Association,we are very concerned about the proposal to build housing and
businesses in the 3425 Shields area.
If we had wanted to live in this type of a development, we would have chosen to live in such an area.
We could see and live with a development of 2 story buildings, but 3 story buildings do not fit in our area, to say nothing
about the increase in vehicle traffiic, and we are strongly opposed to such a development as planned. We as residents of
Casa Grande Condo Association have Invested much time, money and effort to enjoy our home as they now exist and
we want to keep our area as it now is.
We will not abe able to attend the November 1 meeting as we will be out of town, but we want our position to be
expressed at this meeting.
