Dear Ms. Aspen. I am a resident of Casa Grande Condominiums and I very heartily protest this new
subdivision as you have classified as
MEDIUM DENSITY MIXED USE. My god what would you call High Density? When you stack a three story
office building next to three three story apartment buildings, how could it possibly be classed Medium? Our
complex covers much more ground than that. We have 66 units with 83 residents. You are going to let an
average of 72 persons in three buildings, that is if just two to a unit. The extra noise, the traffic, the
congestion will be unbearable. How are all these people going to get in and off of Shields Street. We
heard of a traffic study saying it was feeseable, when was this study done at midnight or two in the
morning?
Something else looms its ugly head above all the other faults is that college students might move in and
that will make it ten times worse for all the thing mentioned. We were also told you would allow this
deelopment cut a path through our Condos to further clutter up the neighborhood. Give us a break. This is
no good.
We are all old that live hear and most all of us don't have the glib tounges that the city fathers and the
builders have to put over their programs, but this one really does stink. Just one time give the people a
break
Sincerely,
Glenn A. Stephens
