BCS is proceeding with this requirement and will be providing these dedications on the Plat filed with this project as part of final review. Since this is only one of several comments that our surveyor needs to address on the Plat, I would prefer to handle these corrections in or next full submittal during the final review stage (this minimizes his desgin iterations and potential for confusion). I would propose instead that BCS acknowledge this final Plat requirement in our response letter to City comments prior to going to hearing. Is this an acceptable aproach? feel free to call me if you'd rather talk than type .... 231.9632. Thanks, Chris -------------- Original message -------------- From: c.matkins@comcast.net Thank you for coordinating the internal discussion/decision on this issue so quickly, Anne. From an Engineering perspective, we have only to route a traffic impact study memo to Ward to address one of Mark's comments. I will email that today, and copy you and Joanna. Assuming Ward's concerns are satisfied, I believe we are ready for hearing and would request the earliest schedule available. I'll invite Joanna to coordinate with you for any other information needed, Chris -------------- Original message -------------- From: "Anne Aspen" <AAspen@fcgov.com> > Hi Joanna and Chris, > We reivewed your email internally and agree that the sidewalk is OK as is. Let's add the ROW/Easement dedication as a condition of approval Cameron >>> Anne Aspen 09/28/2007 2:50 PM >>> Hi Cameron, Please see attached. I'm thinking it would be fine as long as we make it a condition of approval so we CYA. Does that work for you? Anne
