Your letter should also respond to each of the review criteria listed. A careful reading of this section shows that build -to lines are mandatory on new buildings and to the extent reasonably feasible on existing buildings and additions. Since this lot is vacant, the 'to the extent reasonably feasible' clause does not apply.
