Dear Ted,
As the owner of real estate at 143 and 148 Remington Street in Fort Collins, I am writing to comment
regarding PDP130033 for the Townhomes at Library Park.
Based on the architectural drawings it is clear that the proposed residential units will substantially
enhance the Library Park area. I also operate a small business at 148 Remington Street, and have shared
the drawings with many of my clients, all of whom look forward to this project's completion and the
positive impact it will have on this area of Old Town.
I fully support the project and suggest that the requests in the PDP be granted in,order to facilitate this
asset being created in Old Town.
