Unfortunately we will not be able to attend due to other commitments at that time. We support the development project at 220 E. Olive and feel that it will be a valuable addition to the neighborhood. Modifications to the standard height are of little consequence considering other properties, notably the apartments on the SE corner of Remington and Olive, that exceed the standard. The factor involving ground floor parking, as part of the development, eliminates the concern for us that the development would have a negative impact on street parking. I expect that each residence would have a two car garage. Replacing the current structure with townhomes would increase the density of living units in the downtown area, something that we feel is an important attribute for the area. Cheers!
