Voted 7 — 0 to approve the request for an Addition of Permitted Use to allow Single Family Attached Dwellings within the Neighborhood Conservation Buffer zone district and specific to only the Townhomes at Library Park P.D.P. 2. Voted 7 — 0 to approve the requested six Modifications of Standard as outlined in the Staff Report. 3. Voted 7 — 0 to approve the Townhomes at Library Park Project Development Plan, #130033 subject to the following condition: Prior to recording the Final Plan, the applicant shall submit a signed easement from the adjoining property owner to the north that grants to the applicant the southerly 10 feet of their lot as open space.
