College Avenue, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Solar Village Maple Project Development Plan —Type 1 (#23-07). This is a proposal to redevelop the site at the northeast corner of Maple and Meldrum into a three- story mixed -use project with approximately 8400 square feet of commercial space on the first floor and a total of 23 dwelling units on the second and third floors. The property is zoned D— Downtown, Civic Center Sub -district. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have an opportunity to hear from City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given an opportunity to state your views about the project. Within ten days of the hearing, the hearing officer will decide whether to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the project. Within fourteen days of this decision, any party -in -interest dissatisfied with the decision can appeal it through the City Clerk's office. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of offsite owners, a few affected residents may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments received by me prior to the hearing are welcome and will be read by the hearing officer.
