Commencing at the Center Quarter Corner of said Section 4; Thence
North 56°20'56" West, a distance of 70.85 feet to a point on the northerly right of way line
of Rock Creek Drive as described in Deed of Dedication recorded at Reception

Custom Blending — Development Phasing Schedule
The Custom Blending (Lot 2) project as shown will be developed in a single phase. Future
building/parking expansions are indicated to the west, south and east sides of the building.
Timing for these expansions is unknown.
The remaining lots in the Fourth Filing will be developed in the future with an undetermined
schedule. Each project will provide the appropriate site -specific development information
required at the time of development.
The detention pond along the south boundary of the Fourth Filing will be constructed in a
single phase with Lot 2 construction.
